Love Elementary's Shared Decision-Making Committee (SDMC) plays a vital role in shaping key campus decisions. Made up of teachers, staff, parents, and community members, the SDMC ensures that diverse voices are included in planning and improvement efforts. The committee provides input on the school budget, safety, staff development, and academic programs. Through collaboration and transparency, the SDMC helps foster a strong, united school community.
